A Registered Osteopath graduated in 1998, having previously qualified as a Sportstherapist. Over the past eleven years has established a busy clinic in Sunningdale. In terms of sports related work, he has tended to specialise in both Golf and Polo,from keen amateurs to PGA Tour Professionals and International Polo players.

Gillian Berry – BSc Hons MBAcC

Gillian finds the effectiveness of Acupuncture comes from its' broad based approach. She qualified as an Acupuncturist in 2002, although her original interest was in the health sciences in which she obtained a joint degree in Microbiology and Genetics. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council.

Katie Briggs Dip PT - Pilates

A qualified trainer who is an advanced level member of REPs for the past seven years and an Australian Pilates Institute Instructor. Her programmes tend to focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation, postural re-education, strength and flexibility. Katie also specialises in sports specific work, particularly Golf, as well as pre & post natal Pilates.

Sam Chapman Bsc (Hons) Ost

After graduating from the British School of Osteopathy in 2000, Sam went on to specialise in Cranial Osteopathy and then spent 3 years at the Osteopathic Centre for Children studying Paediatric Osteopathy. She values the advantages Cranial treatment can provide in helping adults, babies and children for a wide range of conditions.

Vanessa Dale – Yoga

Vanessa qualified in 2003 with Jivamukti Yoga. Since then she has added qualifications in Anusara Yoga, British Wheel of Yoga, and Advanced Yoga Anatomy. Over the years she has developed her own style called Hathalini Yoga, an exciting fusion of Hatha and Kundalini. In terms of rehabilitation, her Yoga offers a safe and effective way to increase mobility post injury without compromising stability.

Matt Harding – Bsc (Hons)

Matthews treatment approach is very structural, with a strong belief in a holistic assessment of the patient. Understanding patient lifestyle and offering advice on all aspects of this is core to his approach. He trained at the British of Osteopathy in London, graduating with distinction in Osteopathic Techniques.

Steve Hobson Dip SMT

Steves background is as a Sports Massage Therapist. Qualifying in 1998 and specialising in Active Release Technique, he is currently studying a degree in Osteopathy. This together with his experience as an international Ironman Triathlete, has enabled him to develop a personalised style of techniques.

Michael Howell BSC

Michaels background is in Personal Training. His training approach places particular emphasis on postural alignment. He has several years of experience working with Technogym's Kinesis system and enjoys the challenge of using dynamic and functional movement for rehabilitation purposes. He is furthering his studies with a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention.

Zoe James BSc (Hons)

A Sports Therapist with strong skills in sports and remedial massage techniques. Zoes background has involved working with both professional and amateur athletes from a range of sports including event riding, triathlon and rugby.

Grant Powles Bsc Hons

Mark is a fully qualified Sports Physiotherapist and a Fellow of Applied Functional Science. Mark has since furthered his studies at the Gray Institute which has enabled him to be able to provide unique functional approach to assessment, treatment, and prevention of musculo-skeletal injuries.

Josie Wareing BSc

Josie has a 1st class degree in Nutritional Therapy and is a certified NLP practitioner and coach. She focuses on giving structured, individual, yet achievable programmes, delivering a balance of nutrition, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing. She specialises in weight loss, fertility, pregnancy and infant nutrition.

Rebecca Wills BSc (Hons) MCSP ACPSM

Rebecca qualified as a Sports Therapist before training for a degree in Physiotherapy, qualifying as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1998. Over the years she has worked with many international and professional sports teams, including UK Athletics, Fulham FC and Ballet dancers. She sees a variety of people, many, post op referrals from Orthopaedic Surgeons. She is recognised by all insurance companies including Bupa and AXA PPP.
