Active rehabilitation will start the minute we assess your injury. This may take the form of movement,stretching, stability and balance work, and strengthening exercises.
If our Osteopaths or Physiotherapists feel there is distinct benefit to be gained, they will advise you to complete a short series of “one to one” sessions with our specialist Rehabilitation Trainers. These sessions can be as brief as just 15 minutes in length, during which you will be taken through a series of exercises and movements created jointly by both the practitioner and trainer.
