Do I need to be referred by my GP?

No, not normally. However, if you will be seeking to have your treatment fees reimbursed by your private medical insurance company, you will probably need a letter of referral from your GP.

How can I pay for my treatment?

We accept payment by credit/debit cards, cheque or cash. You will be asked to pay after each consultation.

How soon will I be seen?

For patients in acute pain we can offer same-day “emergency” appointments. Please phone for availability. In normal circumstances you will be seen within 24 or 48 hours.

Can I get my treatment costs reimbursed by my Insurance Company?

Yes normally. Our Osteopaths and Physiotherapists are registered with all the major insurance companies such as BUPA, PPP-AXA, Norwich Union, Standard Life and Prudential. However, it is your responsibility to check with your insurance company to make sure your treatment will be covered. We will be happy to provide you with receipts and practitioner registration details in order for you to obtain reimbursement for your fees.
