Cancellation Policy

Experience has unfortunately shown that we need to define a clear Cancellation Policy. As such, 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment at Openhealth Clinic. This gives us the opportunity to reallocate your appointment to another patient. Failure to give 24 hours notice or indeed not turning up at your allotted time, will result in you being charged the full applicable consultancy fee. (However, if your appointment is taken by someone else, you will not be charged)
